All Levels Welcome- No Experience Needed!

​Book any class through the CORR app or website and show up ready to move. For your first class, please arrive 10 minutes early, late entry is not permitted for first-time clients. Your instructor will guide you through modifications and progressions for every exercise, so you can move in a way that feels right for your body and your strength level. What to Bring:

  • Pilates: Grip socks are required (no exceptions).

  • Cycle: Regular tennis shoes or SPD cleats (no shoe rentals available).​

  • ​A water bottle (you can fill in the studio). 

We’ll take care of the rest, just show up and get ready to work!
