First Class FAQs
Absolutely. Our classes are designed to be challenging yet accessible for all fitness levels. Our instructors will guide you through the workout, offering modifications and progressions so you can move at your own pace while still getting the most out of your class.
While our group classes are beginner-friendly, we also offer Private Training Lessons for personalized attention. Contact the front desk team to learn more.
We aren’t just a gym. We're a community! You’ll feel the positive energy that greets you when you walk in the front door and you'll leave with new found strength and confidence.
Our Reformer Pilates classes are a contemporary approach to Joseph Pilates' original method. We focus on creating long and lean muscle tone with slow and controlled movement. The energy is high but the movements precise.
Our cycle classes have dim lights but high energy! We ride to the rhythm, feel the beat and use inspiring playlists curated by our instructors. Get ready to feel endorphins like never before!
Our classes are designed to be efficient, effective, and energizing. Most classes are 50 minutes, giving you a full-body workout that targets strength, endurance, and mobility. We also offer our 30-minute Rapid Ride for a quick, high-intensity cardio session, perfect when you’re short on time.
Looking for the best of both worlds? Try our 50/50 class, where you’ll split your time between dynamic Reformer Pilates and beat-driven cycling for the ultimate strength and cardio combo.
No matter the class, expect expert instruction, great music, and a workout that leaves you feeling strong and accomplished.
Don’t worry- the waitlist really works, and the system is constantly moving people into classes every day. We highly encourage you to join the waitlist because spots open up frequently. The waitlist automatically pulls people into class as spots become available, up until two hours before the class starts.
You’ll receive a notification via email only, so make sure your email notifications are turned on to avoid missing your spot. Since cancellations can happen at any time, even overnight, it’s possible to be added to a class while you’re asleep. If you’re on the waitlist before bed, either plan to attend class in the morning just in case you get in, or remove yourself from the waitlist.
Staying on the waitlist gives you the best chance to secure a spot, even when classes look full!
Late cancel and no show fees do not apply for Free First Class reservations. To cancel or reschedule, simply log into the account you used to book the class, go to Your Reservations, and cancel your booking. You can then use your Free First Class credit to rebook at another time.
Please note: Our team can only assist with reservation cancellations during business hours. If you need to cancel outside of those hours, it must be done through your online account.
If it’s your first class at CORR, you must arrive on time- late entry is not allowed. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before class starts to check in, meet your instructor, and get familiar with the equipment. This ensures you feel comfortable and ready to move! For returning clients, please allow enough time to check in and set up before class begins.
For Pilates, wear comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for all Pilates classes to ensure stability and hygiene.
For Cycle, moisture-wicking clothes and supportive bottoms work best. You can wear regular athletic shoes or SPD cleats- please note that we do not offer shoe rentals at this time.
For both classes, bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. We’ve got all the equipment covered, but grip socks and bottled water are available for purchase if you forget yours.
We ask that all other personal items, including cell phones remain stored away in lockers during class.
When you book your class, you’ll use our Pick-a-Spot feature, so you’ll already know your assigned bike or Reformer number before arriving.
If it’s your first class at CORR, you must check in at the Front Desk before heading to your spot. This allows us to welcome you, answer any questions, and ensure you’re set up for success.
For returning clients, simply check in at the Front Desk or via the CORR app, then head straight to your assigned spot- bikes and Reformers are clearly numbered to match your reservation. If you need help, our team is always available!
You must be 16 or older to take class at CORR. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must complete a minor waiver form before you’ll be allowed to participate- no exceptions.
CORR is all about creating the right experience for everyone. We reserve the right to refuse service if we feel that our classes, instruction, or environment aren’t the right fit.
