All memberships sold after May 4th 2025 (Ultimate Unlimited, Unlimited, Cycle, Ultimate Cycle, 8x, and 4x) come with a three-month minimum commitment. No changes (freezes, downgrades, or cancellations) can be made until the initial three months have been completed.
Once your initial three months are complete, your membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis. After that point, you are free to freeze or cancel your membership at any time following the appropriate procedures. Should you wish to cancel your auto-renewing membership, you must give 30 days written notice to the front desk
Yes, all memberships are auto-renewing and will bill automatically each month. As of May 5, 2025, all new memberships come with a 3-month minimum commitment, during which no changes, freezes, or cancellations can be made.
After the initial 3-month term, your membership will continue on a month-to-month basis and can be frozen or canceled with proper notice. If you wish to cancel after the commitment period, you must provide 30-days notice to the front desk staff.
To cancel your membership you must submit a cancellation via the website form, in person, or by phone.
Memberships purchased online activate immediately. If you’d like to set a future start date or upgrade/downgrade your membership after your commitment period, please contact your studio directly.
Your 4x or 8x membership is an auto-renewing monthly membership that bills on the same date each month. If your billing date is the 1st, your account will be charged at 12:00 AM on the 1st, and your 4 or 8 classes will be added to your account. These credits are valid from the 1st of the current month through the last day of that month.
All classes must be used before your next billing cycle- unused classes do not roll over. If you’d like to take additional classes beyond your monthly credits, you may purchase single classes at any time from the online store.

We require valid billing information to maintain your membership. To update your payment method, log into your profile via our website or app, navigate to Payment Methods, and enter your new card details. If you're adding a new card, be sure to delete any old cards to prevent future charges to an outdated payment method.
You can also contact your studio during business hours, and our Front Desk Team will be happy to assist you with updating your billing information.

Yes! After completing the initial 3-month commitment, auto-renewing memberships can be frozen for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months, up to twice per year.
To request a freeze, you must submit a freeze form either in-studio or request one via email. The form must be completed and received at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
Freezes must align with your billing cycle- for example, if your billing date is the 21st, your membership will be frozen from the 21st of one month to the 21st of the next. During a freeze, you will not be able to book classes, and any reservations during the frozen period will be automatically cancelled once the freeze is processed.
If you choose to cancel your membership following a freeze, you are still required to bill one final time before cancellation can be processed. Cancellations cannot be completed during or immediately after a freeze.
If you’ve completed your three-month commitment:
You may cancel your membership at any time following the cancellation process.
If you are still within the initial three months, cancellation will be processed but will take effect after your third payment.
How to cancel:
If you purchased your membership via the CORR app (after May 5, 2025), you can cancel directly in the app by selecting “Cancel Membership.”
If you purchased your membership in-studio, over the phone, or prior to May 5, 2025, you must:
Speak to the front desk in person
Call the studio
Or fill out the “Click to Cancel” form on our website under the Members tab.
If you are on a month-to-month contract signed prior to May 5, 2025, you will continue under the terms of your original agreement, including providing a 30-day notice to cancel.
However, our cancellation will now follow the updated cancellation steps outlined in the previous question.
If you cancel through the app, no further action is needed. A confirmation email will be sent automatically.
If you cancel in-studio or via the website, a front desk team member will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your final billing date, review your reservations, and ensure you understand your membership terms.
After verbal confirmation, your cancellation will be processed, and a confirmation email will be sent.

All memberships and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If your payment is declined, our system will automatically attempt to rebill. If payment is not updated within 5 days of the billing date, a $30 late fee will be applied to your account, and your membership will be suspended until billing is resolved. All past due payments must be up to date before taking classn.
To avoid disruptions, make sure your payment method is up to date in your account settings or contact the studio for assistance.
We have a strict cancellation and no-show policy to keep things fair for everyone. The cancellation window is 6 hours before class starts for all credit types.
Late cancellations (within 6 hours) will incur a $15 fee.
No-shows will be charged a $20 fee.
Fees are non-refundable.
The waitlist automatically adds clients into class up until 2 hours before class starts. If you're pulled in from the waitlist within the 6-hour window, the same cancellation and no-show fees apply- so be sure to remove yourself from the waitlist before then if you no longer plan to attend.
Only our Ultimate Unlimited, Ultimate Cycle, and Prepaid Unlimited memberships provide access to both CORR East and CORR West. If you have a location-specific membership but want to visit both studios, you can either upgrade your membership or purchase a drop-in class.
Yes, all class packs and single classes have expiration dates.
Class packs expire 6 months from the date of purchase- unused classes do not roll over.
Single classes expire 30 days from the date of purchase and must be used within that timeframe.
Be sure to book your classes before they expire, as all sales are final and extensions are not offered.
