General Studio Polices:
The cancellation of a class must be done 6 hours prior to the class start time. Late cancellations within the 6-hour period will be subject to a $15 +tax late cancelation fee regardless of circumstance and these fees are non-refundable.
If you were to no-show for a booked class, you will be subject to a $20 +tax non-refundable no-show fee.
Late Fee Policy: If your membership fee or any late fees or no-show fees are more than 5 days late past their initial date of failure, a $30 +tax late fee will be applied. You will also be cancelled out of any future bookings you have in your account.
A valid credit card is required to be kept on file at all times for all clients. By maintaining an account with CORR Pilates + Cycle Studio, you authorize CORR to charge your card on file for any applicable fees, including but not limited to late cancellation fees, no-show fees, and any outstanding balances. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the credit card on file remains current and valid.
We allow a 7-minute grace period to be late for a class. After the 7 minutes has passed you will be marked as a no-show, charged the no-show fee, and will not be allowed to join the class. You understand that this is for your safety as you will have missed the warmup while also avoiding interruptions to the class in session.
If you add yourself to the waitlist for a class, you understand that you are committed to coming to that class should you get in. Waitlist notifications are sent via email and text message. You will be given a minimum of 2 hours’ notice prior to the class start time if you have made it into the class from the waitlist. You can be added to class at any time before the 2-hour window (even in the middle of the night). Once added to the class, the standard late cancelation or no-show fees policies apply. If any point you decided you would no longer like to attend a class you are waitlisted for, you must remove yourself from the waitlist.
For safety and sanitary reasons, athletic grip socks are required to attend a Pilates class. Slippers or hospital grade socks will not be allowed.

For Cycle classes, please bring tennis shoes or spin shoes with an SPD clip. We do not provide shoes.
