WHEN TO ARRIVE
Please be sure to arrive a minimum of 15 minute prior to the start of your class time so you can meet your instructor, sign your waiver and get prepared for class.
WHAT TO WEAR
We recommend wearing comfortable athletic wear. If attending a Pilates class, knee length pants or longer are suggested. Tight spandex style shorts are also acceptable. For all Pilates classes, we require you to wear athletic grip sock. You’re welcome to bring your own or we have them for purchase in the studio. For cycle classes, we do not provide cycle shoes. Our bikes have the option to use a toe cage which is compatible with any tennis shoe or an SPD style clip. You may wear your own cycle shoes as long as they are SPD clip compatible.
WHAT TO BRING
We suggest bringing a water bottle that you can fill up at our Flow Water station. For cycle classes, a sweat towel is provided. For Pilates classes, you’re welcome to bring your own towel if you feel that will be necessary. Lockers are provided to store your personal items while you’re in class.
