Originally from Colorado, Kaylynn moved to Albuquerque and fell in love with its culture and vibe. Kaylynn’s passion for movement started with yoga and mat Pilates practice, where she became interested in the mind-body connection and precision in movement. 

She loves both introducing beginners to reformer Pilates and challenging Pilates veterans in her classes with a focus on endurance and mobility.

Kaylynn also owns an online store, Santa Fe Bead Company, and enjoys baking, gardening, swimming and spending time with her fiancé and dog.
