Rachel began her Pilates journey in 2019 and has been dedicated to movement ever since. Now a seasoned instructor with over 2,000 hours of teaching experience, she brings a balance of challenge and fun to every class, keeping clients engaged, motivated, and always pushing their limits. In both Pilates and Cycle, her goal is to create an energizing and supportive space where clients can grow stronger while having a great time.

Known for her down-to-earth personality, Rachel isn’t afraid to laugh at herself—so if she stumbles over her words in class, feel free to join in on the fun! When she’s not on the Reformer or the bike, you’ll likely find her rock climbing, riding bikes, or hanging out with her husband, kids, and dogs.
